Our private equity firm, DigaComm, L.L.C., established the domain www.Brain.com in 1999, and has operated it continuously through affiliates of the firm, currently BCI, LLC (“BCI”). The domain has been underutilized, as its use has been limited to serving as a lead-in to other cognitive sites controlled by our firm. BCI has designated Domain Capital as the domain’s registrant and administrative contact, as can be confirmed by a “WHOIS” search.
